Abstract

Freedom Circle is a development project in collaboration with the developer Greystar, Studio T Square, and RMW Architecture & Interiors. The project includes four high-rise housing towers and two high-rise office towers, as well as a central open space element and streetscape.Greystar is planning a massive three-structure residential development for 3905 Freedom Circle, Santa Clara. New documents published via CEQA show the development, dubbed Freedom Circle Residential, would create 1,075 new homes on top of 13.3 acres of vacant land. The project will be part of Santa Clara’s rezoned Freedom Circle Focus Area. Greystar Real Estate Partners is responsible for the development.

RHAA Landscape Architects + Planners worked with the developer and both architectural firms to develop a cohesive site plan for the open space, roof terraces, and streetscape that knit the project together and provide shared amenities to create a vibrant urban park environment.
